Living in South Africa, André started his career at a big leading company after completing studies in commerce at the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town, South Africa. During his career of over 20 years he established himself in various disciplines including Human Resource Management, Information Technology Management and IT Project Management.

For the past 3 years he formed part of a management team providing a Lifestyle- and Rewards Programme aimed at retaining clients and offering additional benefits to clients of the company. During this time his main focus was to create business- and systems solutions to sustain the Lifestyle- and Rewards offering to clients who included member administration, partner integration, business process changes and member communication.

Regular interaction with clients is important in the Lifestyle- and Rewards industry and for this reason André got involved in various areas of concern, including website design and –contents, newsletters, campaigns, competitions and social media. Social media involvement included Facebook, Twitter and social blogs.

André  was also involved with CentralYachtAgent.com for 3 years assisting with booking updates, yacht availability, yacht brochures and general support to Yachting Broker Houses to be visible in the market.

André is married with two children and has a passion to ensure clients have a great experience when using services provided to them.
